The 5K Race will Start and Finish at Big Sandy Lodge & Resort. Mostly Flat – 2.5 Miles Blacktop/0.6 Miles Gravel

Age Groups 14 & under | 15-19 | 20-29 | 30-39 | 40-49 | 50-59 | 60-69 | 70 & Over

Timing & Results
The Run For The Lake 5K will be Chip Timed by Gopher State Events. Results will be updated live throughout the race. All participants will receive email and/or text message notification of their results within minutes of finishing.

Proceeds
All proceeds and donations go to the benefit of the Big Sandy Lake Association.

Refund Policy
Organizers reserve the right to cancel this event at any time due to inclement weather. In any instance the event WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED. No Refunds. Substitutions may be considered upon request.
