When everyone comes in they purchase their first set of bingo cards and dinner. The first round of bingo begins. After the first round, vendors will explain their products and what they have to offer. The 2nd round of bingo starts. After the 2nd round, everyone has the opportunity to shop. For each $25 purchase, you get an additional bingo card. Book a party 2 bingo cards, join a team 3 bingo cards. All vendors donate prizes too so between each break, there’s drawings. I went to one in Aitkin yesterday and it was really fun! I wasn’t a vendor but one of the members in my team did it and she got 3 parties booked and over $200 in sales. Is this something I could do in the dining room for a reduced event fee since they’ll be ordering dinner? The coordinator only charged $20 for the vendors because they also have to donate a couple prizes from their stock and it’s just a select few vendors so it’s not a full blown vendor event. We could reserve the tables next to the windows for the vendors & have the other tables for the bingo players. I’m thinking on a week day…maybe a Wednesday or Thursday evening or something.
