That's why every item on the menu is prepared by hand. Fresh ingredients, hand chopped vegetables, roasted peppers, homemade sauces, specially prepared and hand-pulled pork, chicken and our family recipe sausage are featured on our diverse menu. The wild rice and maple syrup used is hand-harvested in the northwoods.
Made fresh for your event, our highly-praised dough is hand-rolled and proofed. Lovingly created on site, each pie is hand-stretched and topped to create the perfect thin crust pizza. You can taste the love infused in the homemade tomato, pesto, bbq and roasted garlic oil sauces that begin the pie creation. Right out of our 900º oven, our pizzas are hot and fresh for you and your guests.
With two mobile wood fired units in operation, we provide catering services and vending opportunities throughout the northland. Our McGregor Shop, opened in 2021, offers an extended menu to include Baked Chicken Wings, Jalapeño Poppers, Garlic Braids, and Sasquatch Pretzels from Duluth’s Best Bread. Generally, our Shop is open on weekends.

Covenant Pines Bible Camp has been a part of the McGregor Community since 1954. We started as a Summer Camp for Youth, but have since expanded to serve a wide variety of ages and groups. In the summers we have 8 weeks of youth camps and 2 weeks of family camps. For the rest of the year we serve families, Church Groups, School Groups, and businesses with our very flexible Guest Services program.
